This was the second of 2 events that we managed together with our Public Utilities Board (PUB) and the 5 different constituencies - Taman Jurong, Bukit Batok, Bukit Batok East, Jurong Central, and Yuhua. Mid autumn celebrations is an important Chinese traditional festival celebrated in Singapore every year. This year, we brought in unique Chinese lanterns to provide a different atmosphere in Jurong Lake. This event was graced by the Advisors of Jurong GRC – Mr. Lim Boon Heng, Mr. Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Ms Grace Fu and Mdm Halimah Yacob
Not only did we handle the opening launch of the revamped Jurong Lake as part of the ABC Waters project, we also handled the decorations in Jurong Lake with the installing of eight 2.7 meters LED balloons and a 3 meters helium balloon. We created an unusual launching mechanism to go hand-in hand with the Mid Autumn celebrations. On top providing the entire logistics for the opening, we also provided comprehension sound and light systems. For the finale, we assisted in a 5 mins launch of pyrotechnics, creating a breathtaking closing of the evening’s celebrations. This event was featured on our national papers and YouTube.

We are honored to make an unforgettable evening for our client’s daughter’s 21st Birthday. We decorated the entire venue – Bollywood style. We handled everything logistics, from tentage, chairs, tables, detailing the layout to providing portable toilets.

Team building is a daily affair for members of Singapore Prison and on 24th Sept 2010, we organized their team building event – paint ball and orienteering trekking. The members had a great time pitting their skills on concealing and strategizing their team goals during the 3 hours of gaming. During the orienteering, the members were taught to use a compass, read a topographic map and pace their distance – all advantageous skills that our facilitators are well-versed in.

This was the first of 2 events that we managed together with our Public Utilities Board (PUB). ABC – meaning Active, Beautiful and Clean, is a project by PUB to revamp our reservoirs and lakes, to intergrate them with the active lifestyles of Singaporeans. Pandan Reservoir is the 3rd project of PUB and the event was graced with the presence of Mr. S. Iswaran – Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Trade and Industry. We handled the most important event of the day – the opening ceremony. After many discussions with grassroots leaders from Ayer Rajah-West Coast GRC and PUB, the opening launch of the project received a resounding applause from the thousands of public presence.  This event was featured on our national papers and YouTube.

In celebration of the promotion of many VPs in DBS Bank, we assisted in making the night memorable. Despite given less than 2 weeks to organize, we handling everything from logistics, manpower, souvenirs, and performances. The client had great time learning from our bartenders on their flair bartending skills – making it a truly remarkable evening.
